David had a 31-year career working at Microsoft in multiple engineering roles (Test, Developer, then Product Manager). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from BYU and completed his MBA at the University of Washington in 2006.
Over the course of his career, he has focused on communications and gathering customer feedback. He worked with Mike for several years at Microsoft, and he's now excited to work with him at MDH. He is the happiest at work resolving customer challenges and turning them into effective solutions.
He is a proud father of three and a grandfather of two (be careful if you ask about pictures). When not working he is playing pickleball, riding motorcycles, and traveling.

Mike joined Microsoft in March 2000 after majoring in Computer Engineering at the University of Washington. His journey began with internships during his junior and senior years, leading to a 25-year career at Microsoft.
He has always been passionate about customer feedback, driving innovations to enhance the customer experience. He contributed to the Microsoft Office error reporting service, established the product market fit team for OneDrive and SharePoint, and recently transitioned Microsoft Teams' customer feedback analysis from manual to AI-driven.
Throughout his career, he has consistently aimed for win-win solutions, empowering customers to unlock their fullest potential.
He stays busy keeping up with his three kids when not working, skiing, playing golf, and attending UW football games.
